Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly individual to fill an open position in our Customer Service Department in Westchester County, NY.  We offer a team-oriented and stable environment with the opportunity to help our company grow and expand its business.  

Duties include communicating with customers and colleagues in person, on the phone and in writing, responding to customer inquiries, assisting customers with orders, facilitating shipping and receiving needs, problem solving and data entry.  Fluency in Spanish and English is required.  The successful candidate will act as a liaison between customers, dealers and reps and our organization.  He/she will make a meaningful impact on the day-to-day operations of the company in that his/her voice will be the first line of contact for the customer and our company.  The successful candidate should always be aware of this and maintain a professional, diplomatic and courteous disposition at all times and in all situations.

Prior experience in a similar position is helpful but not required.  Experience in MS Word, Excel and Outlook is desirable.  Office hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
