TOA's TS-Series Portable Conference System is compact, lightweight, and easy to set up and operate. The TS Series is ideal for a variety of applications including boardrooms, meeting halls, and community buildings.

System configuration is easy using three main components: System Controller, Chairperson’s Station and Delegate’s Station. The Chairperson/Delegate’s Stations connect to the System Controller in a "daisy-chain" configuration using supplied cables. You can connect a maximum of 70 Chairperson/Delegate’s Stations to a single System Controller or 140 Chairperson/Delegate’s Stations using three System Controllers.

The Chairperson and Delegate’s Stations include a detachable gooseneck microphone and built-in speaker. The microphone has a distinctive red LED for visual indication of the person speaking. Both stations have a Press On/Off Talk button to activate the microphone and LED and disconnect the speaker to prevent feedback. The Chairperson’s Station also has a Press-To-Talk Priority button to activate a single tone chime and override all Delegate’s Stations.

For long term recording, connect a conventional tape recorder to the TS-700 System Controller or a mini-cassette recorder to the Chairperson/Delegate’s Stations.
