TOA Electronics is offering Certification on the VM-3000 Voice Evacuation System for interested dealers or specifiers.

These trainings will be held the 3^rd Thursday of each scheduled month, starting February 23^rd, 2023.

All participants must register at least 10 days prior to the class. Class size is limited to 10 participants.

Classes will start at 9AM PST. Please allow 2 hours for this training.

TRAINING WILL BE CONDUCTED OVER ZOOM



Users who are going to connect to the system while viewing the class will require a Wi-Fi connection for Zoom and a LAN connection for the VM-3000.

Each participant will be required to have a computer or laptop with full administrative rights so that the VM-3000 programming software can be installed and working prior to starting the class.

 

Course will cover:

A focus on Emergency Communication Systems per NFPA7

• System components and interconnections
• Battery backup considerations
• Use of the system for both Fire Alarm and MNS
• Sequence of operations for Fire Alarm and MNS
• Programming the system
• Using the VM-3000 configuration tool

A written test and two programming examples are required to become Certified on the VM-3000.

CERTIFICATION IS GOOD FOR 2 YEARS
