TOA Announces New President and CEO
November 1, 2009 — BURLINGAME, CA — TOA Electronics, Inc., a subsidiary of TOA Corporation, recently announced the appointment of Masahiko Takao as its new President and CEO. +Mr. Takao began his career with TOA in June of this year. He previously worked for several divisions of Sony for 15 years where he held various sales and marketing positions including Area Account Manager, Marketing Manager, and Senior Sales Manager. At Sony he was involved with audio/video consumer products including the Sony Camcorder family. He was involved in country management in Sony’s overseas sales company for the Philippines. Mr. Takao left Sony in 2001 and joined New Century Global Net where he served as a director level in marketing of internet lines and other services. From June 2002 to May 2009 Mr. Takao worked for Shinano Kenshi in marketing management and general management positions for their line of CD and DVD drives in their overseas sales section, managing its subsidiary in Belgium. Appoints Josh Srago

Mr. Srago is experienced in audio production, serving nearly 10 years in the industry, and is highly knowledgeable in TOA products through his previous position as TOA’s Product Support Specialist.
