TOAlert, an EverAlert emergency communication platform, is a comprehensive, innovative visual display and campus-wide notification system that supports and extends routine, institutional messaging and emergency notifications. It is compatible with our N-8000 Intercom & VM-3000 Mass Communication Systems, and delivers the functions of three systems in one - keeping building occupants safe, informed, and on-time. EverAlert Dynamic Display is a Smart 22” class HD screen with built-in speakers. The EverAlert platform supports a virtually unlimited number of displays in either a landscape or portrait orientation. It is preloaded with an operating system software, which communicates to the inCloud management portal through wired ethernet or Wi-Fi network. Additionally, the display is able to resume normal operation without intervention after a temporary power interruption.

The display shall include a 22” HD screen with built in speakers and a built-in media player. The dynamic display will show emergency alerts, daily messages and synchronizes time on its screen. The device shall be connected to the TOAlert platform and receive the content from the portal. The user shall have access to the TOAlert platform to add and modify all display options along with defining specific parameters of each display. The display functions in either landscape or portrait orientation. The system shall have the capability to display information in three formats; English, French, and both simultaneously. The user shall have the ability to connect the display to the TOAlert platform by Wi-Fi or Ethernet cable. The display shall have 2-year warranty on equipment and 1-year warranty for the screen part of the display. The display shall be sold as part the TOAlert system with a 5-year license for the operation within the communication platform. After 5 years, the end user will incur the annual renewal thereafter. The display kit shall include adjustable tilt brackets with standard VESA interface allowing +/- 10 degrees of tilt, (Part # EASMB).
