Why IP Paging Outperforms Traditional PA

Traditional PA systems need a lot of dedicated wiring, with speaker cables running from a central rack out to every zone, plus a fixed microphone station to make announcements. IP paging gets rid of both. It runs over your regular network, and IP-A1 speakers can get their power through the same network cable, so there's just one cable to install instead of two. Anyone can make an announcement from a desk phone, a phone app on a computer or smartphone, or an intercom. Just dial a two-digit code to pick the zone.
