STARTING from MARCH 17TH, STAFF LOCATED AT TOA ELECTRONICS NJ HEADQUARTERS WILL BE WORKING REMOTELY FROM MARCH 17TH - AUGUST 31ST – WITH AN UPDATE ON AUGUST 26TH REGARDING NEXT STEPS.
As the world better understands and reacts to the impacts of COVID-19, the health, safety and well-being of our employees and customers remains our top priority.
To limit potential exposure within communities where we live, work and play, our teams have taken important steps – including those recommended by the Centers for Disease Control, World Health Organization, and other government agencies – in addressing COVID-19.
We’ll continue to be proactive in our response to this on-going situation.
Please note, that our Customer Service & Product Support teams are operating at FULL CAPACITY. We will continue to process orders for both A-stock and B-stock inventory.
All TOA Warehouses are fully operational – there is no slow-down in production from any TOA factory. Shipment ETA is the only impact on our regular business operation. Any incoming stock from the Netherlands is by boat only – delaying arrival times.
